Chocolate Coffee Cake ♥

LOL actually this is a recipe about how to make sponge cake, but I added coffee into it XD
So it become Coffee cake, HAHA~ Well , so worry I will fail to make it, so I've reduced the amount from the ingrediants to make this,

My cake DONE in this picture~
I add on 2 ferrero rocher onto it ( I make it half) and peanuts ..My house don't have these kind of little peanuts, so I cut it with knife , LOL . This really need my patience to cut those peanut 1 by 1 = = but I almost cut off my finger nail because of my patientless HAHAHA


There seems a little bit maimed of my ferreror rocher huh? XD
Cut a slice and eat, oww not bad XD not sweet but some of the peanuts are a little bit of salty..
weird combination but taste not bad too LOL

Who are interest with this recipe can tell me, HAHA =]


YEA YEA after that, went out for a tea time with friend....I ordered this green bean, LOL
Erm...it taste ok but not the perfect 1 ,haha

考试前我不念书

虽然近考时我也念不多
然而据我所知 大家都开通宵 迟睡
虽然是说考试要早睡精神好
不过我通常都7 ，8点就陪周公下棋去了
然后2，3点爬起来念书
那样周公才不会无聊
这就是所谓的轮班


我喜欢听Jazz & Classic
年轻人好像不多人喜欢
但至少我认识的朋友有人不当它们是催眠曲
说到Classical歌曲，很多人都会说睡觉时听的
不过Symphony真的可以睡么？
因为它总有几段是特别吓人的
可能真的可以 不过我至今依然想不通


我曾经在自己一个人投入弹琴的时候
弹到自己都想哭
不过当然不是在弹Rock的时候
我也曾经在做improvisation的时候
做到要发神经了
虽然bar不多
做歌时 也总是弹不出美丽的旋律
导致我到现在一首歌都没完成过
这就是所谓：
成功的音乐家都花了几十年在旅游
世面见的多 感情也丰富的多
随着不同的气氛 不同的环境
做出来的歌曲味道总是不同

it's my baking day

This's a boring day at home , look at the refrigerator and there are only these few little ingrediants left, it's enough for me to bake a cheesecake =D Therefor I took them out in the early morning after my breakfast. Can't wait to move my hands and start to make it after lunch..
I did a blackcurrent cheesecake before, but it's a failure LOL =D (There are a picture of my failure down there -3rd picture, you can see if you want to XD) So I hope this won't be fail again =( OK the 1st step to do is to stir Cream-O chocolate biscuits into broken pieces ( I prefer to use Oreo but I don't have and I found this at my home) It taste good too actually =] And then extrude (don't knowis this the correct phrase to use? XD) them until flat with butter and put into refrigerator. And then mix all the others ingrediants n put onto biscuits. HOHO it's time to bake for 55mins (from what the recipe wrote) but the actual time i used is 70mins @.@ How sad if it cannot bulk up, but luckily it did XD It smell good =D ↓↓↓

Sorry there are some holes there, because I used the fork to try whether it's cooked or not LOL

After refrigerated for about 2 hours, I took it out and taste a slice with my mumy =]
It taste still ok for me, I don't know whether this can be said as success or not @,@
At least it's much more better than the last time one ↓↓↓ HAHA !!

My "Cotton Candy" XD bought at Cartoon with ahBong. I like to eat these because I like to masticate something chewy like this ♥♥♥ But I did eat them for one time only, so there are still a lot in my refrigerator =D I like to chew these when I piano , I wonder why..? It can make me more concentrate?! XD

Actually I like the corns =] yeah yeah I like Sweet Corn ♥♥♥ Mumy bought a large pack of corn for me....I can cook as many as I can now XD

✦Detroit Metal City

I watch this movie recently..this a real funny movie about a guy Soichi Negishi (Kenichi Matsuyama) moved to Tokyo to chase his dream of becoming a musician playing stylish, Swedish-style pop. Instead, he finds himself leading the death metal band Detroit Metal City, or DMC, as the costumed and grotesquely made-up "demon emperor" Johannes Krauser II (Kenichi Matsuyama) with another 2 members Masayuki Wada / Alexander Jaggi (Yoshihiko Hosoda) and Terumichi Nishida / Camus (Ryuji Akiyama) . Although he hates the role and the things he has to do as a member of the band, he has a definite talent for it. The movie follows Negishi's antics as he tries to reconcile the two very different sides of his life and find out what it really means to achieve his dream.

When he saw a girl he likes at his first sight ,
his face looks so funny with his mushroom hair XD


This 1 even funnier !! =DThis pic taken when he's (Krauser II) at his hometown with family, when the real identity (Negishi) back, her sister told him "If you back earlier you can take pic with Krauser" LOL!!

Yeah Go To DMC!! (3 of DMC slaves XD)



Yesterday (28 feb 09) went to my ex secondary school - Kian Kok middle School sport day in the early morning with CMZ and her elder sister, Ken and another 2 of his frens. Is that my eyes problem or what...I feel that there are so few students but my mum said student's amount has increased ?@,@ I took this cheerleading pic only yday because it seems nothing special +,+ Actually red house are the better dance from what I seen but they just got the 2nd place ~ After that went to KK and my school after lunch, and of course to Beverly Hotel to gym and swim.
All male there are muscle guys but all malay , HAHA!!! (I didn't mean it, just laughing here XD)


Hooraa this's my DODO Palgantong morning set, I bought this because of the cute little powder puff with ribbon =D but it's not really good quality @@ Heard that BBcream and loose powder are nice =] but I not use it yet, HAHA~ this's cheap too..just RM30 =]


My computer room has changed into this fan with light recently, so in love with the yellow light (I know it's look white in here XD) I like it because of it's atmosphere........Please don't ask me why I just in love with it ,wahaha!!

Hmm~~~can this be said as a pastry? Brother said this little pack came from Kuching, LOL
But then put it long in computer room until got dust on there XD so I open it and eat (Of course my stupid bro is here when I open, if i just eat it I think I'll been killed and won't sitting here updating my blog @@) This's really too sweet for me, and there are 2 more left in ice box now, who wanna eat just tell me ok I will bring it for you XD

My cookies~ ♥

Hoo~ it's a long time didn't update my blog again XD

I baked cookies today =] Look!! that's my cookies, that picture seems pretty? Look at the next picture you will know..................

THEY JUST LOOK FUNNY!! XD

Ok let me introduce my cookies , haha~ This is just a butter cookies with a very very simple recipe, wakaka~ Here is it,

225g Butter, at room temperature
110g caster sugar
275g plain flour

but I added some low-fat milk (either full cream if you want? =] ) ,because I think it's so dry to eat from what I seen in the bowl before I add the milk @,@ use 170 degree to bake around 30 mins , then it's time to enjoy =]

Actually there are another 6 more pieces I use to put a sprinkle of Cadbury Chocolate on it ( melt it before put on top ) , but I wonder why my top part of chocolate cannot be solidify huh? XD and So I put it in the refrigerator now @,@

Ok that's all for today =] next time gonna do some muffin or cake? hoho ^-^

This is the 2nd day of CNY, I'm at home whole the day (just went out for jog at about 5pm? XD)
This night have went to Fun Fair with family, sat Ferris Wheel and the Octopus, LOL. The 2nd picture is taken when I don't know my dady is taking, and that angle make my face so big and funny!! (Don't think I'm smilling to the camera, I'm just trying to speak that time..XD) The ferris wheel turn so freaking fast,it turned 5 times but I can't even admire the scenes up there -_- And the Octopus part, it's scary @@ but I LOVE IT ,wakaka..it turn and turn , fling and fling ,hoiyo so happy XD just like going to bang on the board behind, WHOO~~ but that makes us feeling sick, going to vomit, LOL!!

Hurray~This's shopping day with my 2ndary school friend who didn't see for ages that's Kyung Mi ~ She's back for a week holiday =D and another girl Eileen. Went for NewYork NewYork have our lunch. We ordered Chicken Chop, Pizza and a plate of spagetti. We shared the foods, Chicken chop is what I ordered, but I like that spagetti XD And I'm not really hungry, so I finish it with a full stomach while the other 2 say their stomach still not full yet @@ Then we starting our shop time, I bought B.LIV off BW heads sebum gel (B.Liv is a product under cellniq =D), the small 1 having offer price in Sasa and this cost RM100. It's nice to use, those heads are getting lesser and lesser from my face, hurray~ OK get back to our topic XD After that we went to starbucks and have a drink, I ordered the Caremel Macchiatto, it's nice BUT that's sweet @@ Poor Kyung Mi keep on taking those crazy pictures ,LOL but we having our times with smily and happily =D

OK look at the 1st picture ( I know it's dark and you can't see well =D) Yeah I'm going to Fun Fair again~ But this time going with CMZ and AhBong. Today this "TOY" turn, I don't know how to say that big round thing, wakaka. This thing is exciting when it start especially when you sit inside there, turning and shaking fast. A girl in front cannot sit well,move there and here, flying there although her hand holding the handle, wonder why?XD there are only her can be sit until like this, LOL!!
OK before going to Fun Fair we actually going to have our dinner at Recipe House and S2 S3 gathering at City Mall. So we have few hrs in City Mall. My lotion is going to finish, so I bought this body butter with strawberry smell this time, it's smell good and I wish to eat it @@ but I know I will die after eat that so I stopped my mouth,wakaka XD and it really moisturizing , I love =D After this we've went to Popular, I found an interesting novel by Cecelia Ahern. I'm still reading but the story are warmth from what have i read until now. And the book beside, bought that on another day from Harris. That's about a mother with 4 children, but it seems a little bit boring for me, so I've stopped it and plan starting to read again after Cecilia's novel (but I think there will be another novel coming to me after Cecilia's novel? Haha)
